Bookings
We have very limited availability for the upcoming Academic Year. Bookings are only confirmed after we have received (1) the application form, (2) payment for the booking fee and (3) payment for the deposit. Due to demand, we cannot hold bookings for more than 48 hours.
For all options, a booking fee of €70 and a deposit of €200 are required. The booking fee is non-refundable, and the deposit is refundable following departure provided Terms and Conditions are met. Once a booking is confirmed, the deposit paid is non-refundable in cases of cancellation of all or part of the original booking.
Due to rising running costs, we are adding a surcharge of €35/week.
Prices include water and bin charges, utilities, free Residence wifi and provision of one set of bed linen.

Academic year
The Academic year at YWCA Dublin runs from 1st September - 22nd December 2023 and from 5th January to 24th May 2024.
Duration: 36 weeks (16 weeks in 2023 and 20 weeks in 2024)

Rent: €224.00 per week + surcharge of €35.00 per week
Payment in 9 installments of €1,036.00
twin room
Rent: €196.00 per week + surcharge of €35.00 per week
Payment in 9 installments of €924.00
AUTUMN Semester
Autumn Semester, or Semester 1, runs from 1st September to 15th December 2023.
Duration: 15 weeks

Rent: €234.50 per week + surcharge of €35.00 per week
Payment in 4 installments, 3 of €1,050.00 and 1 of €892.50
twin room
Rent: €203.00 per week + surcharge of €35.00 per week
Payment in 4 installments, 3 of €900.00 and 1 of €870.00
